AppointMe

Why: AppointMe was a class project where we had to come up with an idea and build it out. While Code Vignette was focused on UX, UI and Design, this project was focused on improving our back-end skills. AppointMe is a simple appointment scheduling and management website, specifically for doctors.

Goals: User accounts, admin accounts, users can request appointments, admins can accept or decline appointment requests.

Results: I achieved the user accounts by building a registration and login system. Users would receive a confirmation link via email that they we\'re required to open before obtaining access to their account. Users could request appointments by logging into their account, selecting a date and time and submitting the request. Admin accounts we\'re pre installed into the database, but used the same login as the users to access the admin panel. Admins could view pending requests to either accept or decline them and view their up and coming appointments.
